At Birds & Tees, we are committed to providing you with the best possible shopping experience, which includes fast and reliable shipping. Please read the following information about our shipping policy before making your purchase.

1. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are based on the weight of the package and the materials used. Rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination and the total weight of the items in your cart.
2. Shipping Methods
We offer a variety of shipping methods, including standard, expedited, and overnight shipping. The shipping method you choose will affect the delivery time and the cost of shipping.
3. Shipping Times
We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method you choose and the destination. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, while expedited and overnight shipping options are available for faster delivery.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
*Brand Wear which at the moment includes (Tees and Hoodies) is shipped through 3rd party method. Shipping is free for these items and the times may vary depending on the supplier. However, the expected shipping time is 7-10 business days.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your package and see the estimated delivery date.
6. Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ship all orders promptly, sometimes there may be delays due to factors outside of our control, such as weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for any delays caused by these factors or for any resulting damages or losses.

Returns & Exchanges
At Birds & Tees, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns on items within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at birdsandtees52@gmail and provide us with your order number and the reason for the return.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Please note that we do not refund shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective.
Exchanges
We do offer exchanges, provided that the item of clothing is unused and in the same condition that you received it. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at birdsandtees52@gmail.com and provide us with your order number and the reason for the exchange.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your exchange. If your exchange is approved, we will ship out the new item to you at no additional cost. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.
Brand Wear
All sales on brand wear (hoodies and tees) are final as of this moment, as they are shipped through a third party.
